  • Follow project plans and directions from superintendents and foremen to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Complete daily work logs and other basic documentation.
  • Travel to various work sites (some with overnight stays) to complete project installations.

What You Will Need to Be Successful

  • 2+ years of experience in landscaping, agriculture, or construction preferred.
  • Ability to safely operate and perform basic maintenance on equipment and tools such as pumps, sprayers, small engines, and restoration machinery.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to read and follow site plans & maps and navigate work sites.
  • Ability to work physically: lift up to 50lbs, stand for extended periods of time, and perform outdoor tasks in varying weather conditions.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time, including some overnights, and work long hours in field conditions.
